Due to the nature of our product, DipUps cannot be returned once purchased as they are used in and around the nose. However, if your DipUp arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. To request a replacement, please email us with the following:

Refunds
We want you to be happy with your DipUp and take pride in providing a quality product. If you’re not completely satisfied, reach out to us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, so don’t hesitate to contact us if there’s a problem.
